Mar 25, 2017       10:00 am - 12:00 pm Low Cost Rabies/Microchip Clinic

Pope Memorial SPCA of Concord-Merrimack County, Concord NH

Saturday, March 25th from 10 am to 12 noon, we will be hosting a low cost rabies and microchip clinic at the shelter. The cost for a rabies vaccination is $20.00 and the cost of a microchip is $25.00.

New Hampshire state law requires dogs and cats to have a current rabies vaccination. Please bring your pets previous rabies vaccination paperwork this will determine if they are to receive a 1 or 3 year rabies vaccine. If you do not have proof of previous rabies vaccination they will receive a 1 year rabies vaccination.

Ensure your pet’s safety by purchasing a microchip. Microchips are small identification chips that are imprinted with an individual serial number (these are the size of a piece of rice). If your pet gets lost, and is brought to a shelter or veterinary office, the first thing that they look for is a microchip by scanning the pet. Don’t delay, microchip your pet today!

No appointments are necessary for this clinic, it is a first come first serve basis. Cats must be in carriers and dogs on a leash.
