Friends of Animals will send an application and a directory of participating veterinarians nationwide. Participating vets are limited. You pay Friends of Animals for a certificate. Upon receipt of certificate, make an appointment with any participating veterinarian. Costs for certificate: Female Dog $75, Male Dog $54, Female Cat $55, Male Cat $40.  Veterinarians are invited to call for information.
